I have enjoyed living here overall. Some maintenance requests take longer than some prefer however, are completely eventually. Move in process was the best of any apartment I have stayed at which is huge!!

The Eastern has been my home for two years and I have loved every minute of it! The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Being located only a mile from main campus makes it perfect to walk to class on warmer days! I love the Eastern!

I have loved living here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, maintenance comes quickly, the property is clean, and the amenities are clean and convenient! I have never had a bad experience here!

It’s great getting to live here. It feels like home and everybody on the staff is so friendly. Never had an issue with needing help. Definitely recommend living here.

Overall my resident’s experience was good. I had some issues along the way with management but it got worked out and fixed. Even though I had my ups and downs, the feeling you get from loving here is freeing.
